Convert your Camera Tripod into an easel with this simple yet effective device. Screw it to the centre of your drawing board or stretcher board and using the standard tripod 1/4" thread in the centre of the adaptor fix it to your camera or video tripod. The adapter has a standard thread to fit camera tripod screws. Made from aluminium.
The dimensions of the bracket are as follows: 2½" (6.35cm) x 2½" (6.35cm) x ¼" (0.6cm)

No more feeble easels
This plate is a very solid item I made my imperial board from MDF and glued a piece of 13mm ply in the centre and one in the centre of that just a bit bigger than the plate so the board gets thinner toward the edges I did not use the small self tapping screws provided I used 1inch stainless self taps that almost go right through. It fits my old Benbow Tripod very nicely The other one will be an A2 BOARD for a smaller tripod.

This simple piece of metal saved me the cost of an easel. The instructions are clear and concise making fitting the bracket to the board very easy.
