These brushes have excellent shape retention, so can be used time and time again and will return to their original shape. As they are made from 100% synthetic materials they are the ideal alternative to natural hog hair for vegan artists or painters looking to cut down on animal-derived art supplies.
This range of Bristlene Round brushes have a round profile at the ferrule that tapers to a fine point. Round is the most versatile brush shape, suitable for a range of painting techniques.

Great quality and cruelty free
I bought these bristlene brushes as a vegan alternative to hog hair for dry brush blending acrylics and oil painting. They're excellent at both. Great quality, too.

A nice brush for oils. It has enough bristles to work with heavy bodied paint like oils. Time will tell if its as good as hog.
