Canson C a Grain Paper

The name "C" à grain® refers to this paper’s slightly grained texture that allows the artist to quickly achieve subtle effects of depth as well as shading between shadow and light.

Canson "C" à grain Paper Sheets are 224gsm with a natural white colour and fine grain. The light grain is neither too smooth nor too prominent making it a great all round paper suitable for all dry techniques and certain wet media like ink, gouache and light applications of watercolour.

"C" à grain Paper is made using only alpha cellulose - containing no lignin - to ensure the paper doesn’t yellow over time. It is stock and surface sized, making it exceptionally durable to repeated erasing and scraping.

This paper contains no optical brighteners or additives, is acid-free, permanent and meets all the standards for the ISO 9706 standard.
