The Da Vinci Series 499 Blue Squirrel Wash Brush with Metal Tip offers a fantastic painting and sketching tool all rolled into one. This brush is made using the finest pure blue squirrel hair and finished with an Ethergraf metalpoint tip.

The natural squirrel hair of this brush has fantastic colour holding capacity and is capable of creating large washes of colour with consistent flow. The Ethergraf tip can be used for ‘silver point’ drawing - a technique used by Da Vinci himself. It can be used on most papers. The handle of this brush is made using sustainable, water resistant Kebony wood.
