Our Genuine Silver Leaf comes in a pack of 25 sheets size 8.5cm x 8.5cm (3.3" x 3.3") on a wax paper backing for easy handling.

This is a pack of Transfer Leaf. Each leaf is placed on a sheet of wax or tissue paper which is slightly larger in size - this sheet acts as a carrier that will make the leaf easier to apply. Transfer leaf should be placed face down, while applying slight pressure and the metal will be released onto a surface prepared with adhesive. The wax/tissue carrier sheet can then be peeled away.

A good quantity for the price
This is my first experience buying & using silver leaf. I wanted to try using it it my mixed media paintings. So far so good. It seems a good quantity for the money. It sticks well with the acrylic gold size. The delivery was extremely quick and I live in a remote area, so that’s unusual. I received thorough and speedy advice on the online chat from a staff member. It’s for the latter two good points that I would definitely re order.

I'd never used this before but it produces a very interesting addition to watercolour painting. But look up 'how to use' videos first!
