Just right for beginners like me.
I am not at all proficient as yet with my drawing,and also need to do perspective lines on my water colour paper.This rubber is ideal,very light to use,rubs out gently and well,without the awful dark pencil smudges.

The eraser works well and the box is an added bonus. Previously I have only used the `W&N putty rubber but this one seems comparable, if a little smaller.

I have tried several makes of putty rubbers bur prefer this one as the box keeps it clean when I am out sketching.
