Will not crack and there's no need to dilute.
Dazzling and modern, gouache's intense pigmentation make fluorescents a favourite. You can find them all together here.
The acrylic gouache will dry fairly quickly, but will be slower in cold and humid environments. Once completely dry the surface will provide permanent and water-resistant finish.
