New Compact Watercolour Palette
Dished mixing wells, twin lids opening to provide 4 large mixing wells, thumbhole. There are 2 types: the whole pan box has space for 12 whole pans, and the half pan box has space for 16 half pans. You can also just add tube colour into the compartments. Made from strong white plastic.

Great compact watercolour palette
I love these compact watercolour palettes. I own 2 myself and was so pleased with them I bought this one for my friend. She was really pleased with it. You can pop in a full or half pan watercolour, depending on which size you have. Alternatively you can squeeze in some from a tube. Either way works fine. You mixing palettes are a great size too.

I had been eyeing up another compact palette which cost loads more than this one. I couldn’t justify paying that much so I decided to give this one a go. I’m so glad I did. Yes it’s a little bit rough around the edges but a quick rub down with an emery board and all is good. I popped some empty paint pots I already had in it and away I went. It’s so light to carry and has good sized paint wells. Very pleased with it.

I've been using one of these for over 20 years, filling it with my own choice of watercolour pans. Now that it's looking a bit weary, I'm so pleased I can replace it. I know it will be well-used both outdoors for sketching and indoors for major paintings. Ideal for someone who wants to develop their own palette of colours.
