Capacity.
The illustration does not do justice to the product. Insert the brushes by the tip of their handle, you can often get two into a loop at a time. This doubles or more the suggested capacity. Nicely made product.

I needed a brush holder for my vast collection of short watercolour brushes to transport them to and from class without ruining them, this case is perfect as it holds 30 of my brushes securely and seperately. Above and beyond my expectations.
