  • Wouldn't be without them

I've gathered quite a collection of miniature painting brushes over the years, and time & time I find myself going back to the Pro Arte series. I almost use nothing else these days. They keep their point very well and are comfortable to use.

  • Comfort and control

The handles on these brshes are a bit thicker than normal brushes of this size and have a triangular cross section. These properties make them a little more comfortable and easier to control for me (Arthritic fingers).
I have a little trouble keeping a point on the brush but to be fair it may be the model paint causing the tips to curl.

  • Good but one flat failed

I was planning to use these brushes for dry brush technique. And they are very good just to obtain efect like in works of Andrew Wyeth or Durer's rabit. Problem with these brushes is that they are soon worn. (I am working now on Arches imperial size)
