I was so pleased to receive this set of Rosa tubes as I could not find them at local art dealers. I have used Rosa pans but have been unable to find the tubes here in the San Antonio, Texas area. The paints were well packed and arrived quickly. Could not be more pleased with either my purchase or the staff at Bromleys.
