The Winsor & Newton's Artisan Water Mixable Beginners Set contains six 37ml tubes: Titanium White, Yellow Ochre, Phthalo Green (B/S), French Ultramarine, Perm Alizarin Crimson, Cadmium Yellow Pale.
Artisan Water Mixable Oil Colour has been specifically developed to appear and work just like conventional oil colour. Like traditional oil colour, Artisan Water Mixable Oil Colour is made from linseed oil and safflower oil. The only difference is the linseed oil and safflower oil used in Artisan have been modified so that they will mix and clean up with water. Artisan has been specifically developed to appear and work just like conventional oil colour. The depth of colour, buttery consistency, lightfastness, opacity/transparency, performance and drying times of Artisan, allow artists to use this range for all oil colour techniques.

A well priced set to get you going
I love water-soluble oils, and artisan produce the best value ones. However I have found them to be stiffer than other more expensive brands, and often I have to soften them with water before use. I'm not sure what the green is doing there - perhaps a black or burnt sienna would have been more useful.
