The Winsor & Newton Artists' Oil Synthetic Hog Bright Brush is made from a blend of synthetic fibres that deliver the same performance as genuine bristle. The Bright brush shape has a short flat profile. It is ideal for painting sharp edges with precision and control.
Artists' Oil Synthetic Hog Brushes have been rigorously tested to ensure they deliver the professional performance that today's artists require. The synthetic fibres have been specially made to replicate the flags of a genuine hog brush - giving these brushes excellent colour carrying capacity. These brushes are durable, resilient, easy to clean and have excellent shape retention - even after heavy use. The stiffness of the hair allows you to manipulate even the thickest oil paint with ease.
The handles of these brushes are sculpted with a unique double body. This ergonomic design allows you to paint in comfort - the dip allowing the brush to rest in your hand, while both curves add the possibility of new holding positions.

Nice brush could be stiffer
It’s a good brush at a fair price but perhaps it could be a little stiffer when compared to actual hogs hair or equivalent quality.
