Interesting texture but not as expected.
This medium adds texture and interest when used with acrylic paints, the description is slightly misleading as you have to apply this quite thickly to get the right effect. It doesn't really give the 'jewel' effect I was wanting but it is still a useful product for adding interest and depth to your work.

I'm really very satisfied with this product - it gives special structure to my paintings, which I couldn't achieve with other mediums. So I highly recommend it!

These took a while to get used to. I had expected them to come out of the packet in a more dense packing in the gel, but I like the effects that they give. So far I have tried them 'neat' and look forward to pre-mixing them with paint to see what can be done.
