  • Worth more than Ken Bromley are charging

I know these brushes are expensive but believe me once you use them you will never use anything else. These brushes are worth more than Ken Bromley are charging these are a bargain and can only improve your painting and increase your confidence.

  • Great

I notice that W&N have made a new design of their series 7 brushes though. They are now using less hair in their brushes when I compare the new ones I got with the same types that I bought almost 10 years ago.

    Bromleys Art Supplies responded:

I have not noticed any change, so I checked with W&N and this is their response: "We absolutely have not changed the amount of hair we use in our Series 7 brushes. Over the years we have changed ferrule supply and source but the dimensions have remained unchanged." This reply was from the MD of the Winsor brush factory who has been working their for over 25 years

  • Pretty much the gold standard.

I've used this series of brushes for years for painting model soldiers and have used them with both acrylics and oils. There isn't a brush to equal them for quality or performance.
