More cost-effective than you might think!!
I bought a few of these and boy, I'm so glad I did. I believe that they are great value for money, ESPECIALLY when you consider that your finished painting can be hung directly on a wall with no real need to mount and frame (thereby reducing the expense of displaying your work). I guess box-canvases are similar in this respect, but they're nowhere near as attractive and clean cut as these panels. AND these have a clever slot routed in the back to accommodate a countersunk screw and to facilitate flush-mounting to the wall. Excellent - try one!
