NEOCOLOR II water-soluble wax oil pastels are a product of Caran d’Ache innovation.   • First time using

    Used dry/wet, wet/dry, wet/wet. All work well. Good pigmentation with rich colours. Taking pigment with a wet brush gives intense colour. Don’t have the problems you get with oil pastels.

    A good range of colours great fun to use and experiment with
    When applied for wet in wet technique colour is released almost instantly without having to over work the crayon
