The Cobra Artists Water Mixable Oils range consists of 100 transparent, semi-transparent, semi-opaque and opaque colours. The full range is available in 40ml tubes and 48 colours are also available in larger 150ml tubes.
All have the highest degree of lightfastness (+++) and under museum conditions remain unchanged for at least 100 years.
The range includes 32 mono-pigmented colours.
Ten colours based on highly exclusive pigments - such as the cadmiums, Cobaltās and chromium oxides - as well as an exceptionally transparent oxide red or yellow.

Cobra Artist is an Artists' quality water mixable oil paint with an exceptionally high degree of pigmentation. Only the very best pigments and oils are used. During the grinding process the paint is ground on the triple roller mill until it reaches the fineness of an Artists' quality.

Great paints at a good price
I haven't used these paints properly yet so can't truthfully comment on them other than there are so many great reviews on them. I did Start a painting a while ago, and found them easy to use, but did not complete it. Now I have more variety of colours, I will go back to it. They do have a lovely viscosity and range of colours. Their Light fastness is also excellent.

I purchased one of the stater kits to try out this brand. I do like Cobra, so Iām adding some new colours to complement those in the stater kit the colour and consistency are excellent. Also the low odour is very much appreciated by everyone in my house.
