The Daniel Smith Watercolour Jean Haines All That Shimmers Paint Set contains six 5ml tubes of Daniel Smith Extra Fine Watercolours in a selection of Pearlescent and Iridescent Shades. Every colour in the set has been hand picked by professional watercolourist Jean Haines who is renowned for her watercolour artwork and inspirational books.

All these Iridescent and Pearlescent shades were previously only available in 15ml tubes - the new 5ml tubes are exclusive to this set! Using these colours, especially on a dark background, will create a reflective depth and shimmering colour that changes with the angle of observation - something a regular watercolour cannot reproduce. Use them to enhance the glimmer of a butterfly’s wing, dew-laced flowers or even to add movement to racing horses!

The set also includes a paper sample coated with Daniel Smith Mars Black Watercolour Ground. This dark painting surface makes the perfect vehicle for dramatic iridescent washes.
