  • I would not recommend

The first thing it did when I opened the box - was fall apart! There are no instructions on how to set this up which is very unhelpful for us beginners. I have loose screws and stuff all over the place! I would not recommend.

    Bromleys Art Supplies responded:

After seeing the comment above, we phoned the customer. She told us that she eventually got it to work and it is now OK. Most easels are fairly straightforward to erect, but if anyone does have any difficulty, you should phone us and we will be happy to talk you through it.

  • Like this easel very much

I like this very much. Apart from the metal insert draw there is not much difference from an expensive other make. I gave the draw inside a coat of varnish to make it weather proof. Assemble is quite easy, you take your time and you will soon learn how quickly you can have it up and running. Turn it over drop the legs tighten the screws, two minutes, I waxed the runners, very nice.

  • Excellent after sales service

When the easel arrived it was slightly damaged due to poor workmanship. I got straight on to Ken Bromley, sending photos of the damage. Within minutes I had a reply and the problem was solved!
I honestly thought the quality of the easel would be better, but having said that it does what I wanted it to do so all in all I am happy with it.
