Soft and springy
holds a good amount of paint and lays it down nicely. Soft and smooth with a comfortable handle.

OK- Kolinsky sable it is not - but holds paint well, comes to a good clean, sharp edge and is well balanced. What more could I ask .....except for that Kolinsky sable!
