Write a reviewI hadn't heard of Rosa until you featured them in your email newsletter but I've been pleasantly surprised by the quality and I would not hesitate to recommend this brand. I began with the landscape set but have now purchased additional pans and a few tubes. The paints re-wet very easily and mix well, colours are good. Overall I'm very happy with the Rosa range and will re-purchase.
I was sad but not surprised to see White Nights products be discontinued because of the war, but pleased to see them replaced with a Ukrainian brand. These watercolours are excellent in my opinion - the colour range isn't as extensive as some brands but nobody needs hundreds of colours in their palette anyway!
I bought these two colours as they were not in the Rosa set I purchased, I find Indanthrene Blue an indispensable blue. It gives a good range of blues fro light to dark. I often use this blue for one colour tonal paintings. It has good character and I hope to use it here with Rosa. Raw Sienna is another colour I find many uses for which was not in the Rosa set.
