Description

Rosa Studio Acrylic Gesso is a tested and artist approved acrylic-based primer that offers optimal whiteness, a creamy consistency and high elasticity. It’s ideal for artists looking to create custom grounds to paint on.

This gesso applies evenly and dries to a flexible finish. Apply in thin layers to preserve some of the natural weave of the canvas or layer up to create a smoother, more uniform surface. Allow each layer to dry thoroughly before applying each successive layer. This gesso can also be thinned with water to alter its consistency.

Prime your ground first with Rose Studio Acrylic Sizing, then use Rosa Studio Acrylic Gesso on top for the vest adhesion.

Wash any tools you use to apply this gesso with soap and water.
