Royal Talens Glossy Picture Varnish 1 litre Bottle provides a durable layer of protection for your oil painting.The varnish is composed of synthetic resin, turpentine oil and white spirit.
Royal Talens Glossy Picture Varnish does not yellow and dries in a few hours to a high gloss finish. It should only be applied once the oil paint film has dried completely - we would advise approximately 1 year for a normal oil paint thickness. It can be thinned with turpentine or white spirit, and any brushes used to apply the varnish can also be cleaned with turpentine/white spirit. Dry varnish coats can be removed with white spirit or turpentine.
