The Suda Coffee Pencil is an innovative sketching tool with a lead made from used coffee grounds. The effect of this pencil is somewhere between a standard HB or 2B pencil, so it’s fantastic for lots of drawing and sketching techniques. It’s the ideal sustainable choice for artists with a love for drawing and the environment. Not only is the lead made from recycled materials, the wooden casing is made using FSC certified wood.
This pencil has a square design similar to a carpenters pencil. It can be used with standard pencil sharpeners or sharpened with a knife. These pencils feature Bromleys Art Supplies branding on the barrel of the pencil.

Please note these pencils are available with both blue and black barrels. The colour of the barrel of your pencil will be chosen at random.

I was intrigued to try this pencil which is made from coffee. It is a very soft and smooth pencil. I thought it might be brown but is graphite colour.
