Gamblin Galkyd Lite Oil Painting Medium can be used to thin oil paints and increase their transparency and gloss. Use in moderation with oil colours and Galkyd Lite will retain brushstrokes. Compared to Galkyd, Galkyd Lite is more fluid and less glossy. Thin applications of colour mixed with this medium will be touch dry in between 24 and 30 hours.
