Rosa Studio Acrylic Glossy Varnish

Rosa Studio Acrylic Glossy Varnish is a water-based varnish designed for use with acrylic paintings. It can be applied as a final protective layer on acrylic paintings on various surfaces including canvas, wood and stone. This varnish dries quickly to form a glossy, waterproof film that isn’t sticky or tacky. It also offers protection from scuffs and scratches, and won’t yellow over time - so your painting will retain its brilliance for a long time.

Rosa Studio Acrylic Varnishes don’t have a strong odour, so can be used safely indoors. This varnish can also be mixed with Rosa Studio Acrylic Matt Varnish to create a satin finish.

Stir this varnish thoroughly before use. Apply two coats of varnish for a complete and even coating. Absorbent surfaces may require more layers. Drying can take up to 30 minutes. Apply successive layers once allowed to dry thoroughly for 2 hours. This varnish can be thinned with water and applied as a spray.
