Schmincke Horadam Aquarell Artists Watercolour paints are the ultimate choice for professional artists, offering exceptional quality and a stunning range of 139 highly pigmented colours. Made in Germany using the finest raw materials, they ensure outstanding lightfastness, stability and re-solubility.
Each paint includes Kordofan Gum Arabic from the Southern Sahara as a binder and natural Oxgall as a dispersant - natural ingredients that are rigorously tested to maintain consistency. Their unique formulation guarantees effortless rewetting, allowing dried paint on your palette to be reused easily.
The range includes 92 single pigment colours ideal for creating clear, pure mixes and 22 granulating shades to create an array of textures. With smooth, controlled flow even on soft watercolour papers, these paints are versatile and offer consistency for any technique.

Excellent paint
I tried the cerulean blue tone and was very pleased. It is nicely transparent and does not have any granulation so it is perfect for skies.
