Faber-Castell Graphite Aquarelle Pencils are a water-soluble graphite pencil ideal for drawing, sketching and watercolour techniques in graphite. They are available in five hardness grades - HB, 2B, 4B, 6B and 8B.
These pencils have a thick 3.3mm, break resistant lead and are available in grades that cover deep black to pale grey. Use dry and transform your graphite strokes into watercolour-like washes. Faber-Castell are one of the world's oldest pencil manufacturers. At all stages of the manufacturing process they apply consistent, high-quality standards. Faber-Castell Graphite Aquarelle pencils contain no animal-derived ingredients, so are suitable for vegan artists. They are finished with an environmentally safe water-based coating and are break resistant due to SV bonding.
