Caran d’Ache Technalo RGB Coloured Water Soluble Pencils are available in Red (575 - Carmine Lacquer), Green (719 - Dark Phthalo Green) and Blue (159 - Prussian Blue). These pencils can be used dry to achieve a subtle hint of colour. When activated with water the colour will intensify to bring out rich hues and the darkness of graphite.
They are made from the same water soluble graphite as the Caran d’Ache Technalo Water Soluble Pencil range, but include a subtle hint of pigment. Made to the same high quality, these pencils have excellent lightfastness when used wet or dry.

I have a few water soluble pencils of different types - and have recently discovered a different brand's graphitone ones. These are significantly more subtle, and really look like pencil with a minimal tint - when water is added they're also subtle, so won't detract from any pencil detail.
