Customer reviews are a way for you to give real feedback on the products that we supply. Reviews represent the experience of real artists who have used the products.

You'll find the reviews section towards the bottom of any product page.

Writing your own reviews

We'd love you to contribute your own views by writing your own reviews. To write a review, you just need to navigate to the bottom of the reviews section on any product page, and click the "review this item" link.

You don't have to have an account on this site to write a review, but if you do have an account and are logged in, then you'll be able to keep a track of all your reviews from your account page. Being logged in to your account also means we'll be able to keep a track of the popularity of your reviews. You'll find this displayed as "My reviewer score" in the "My Reviews" section of your account page.

Tips for writing a great review

Writing a review is a great way to help others make an informed buying decision. Here are some tips for making your review more helpful for your fellow artists:

• Use the title - The 'review title' field is for a concise summary of your overall opinion of this product.

• Be specific - Focus on the specific features of this product, and tell us what you liked or disliked about them.

• Stay on-topic - Base your review on the product only, rather than other factors such as our service or delivery etc.

If you would like to leave a review letting us know how our service was, you can do so on Trustpilot.
